Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. was founded by Cyrice Godbout and incorporated in 1946. Originally, the company sold feed, construction materials and plant protection products. As the company grew, the construction division was added to the production and commercialization of seed and feed grain. The seed division was established in 1953 and has been a member of the Canadian Seed Growers Association ever since.
Subsequently, expansion to our Grain cleaning facilities enabled us to offer better services to local farmers, such as cleaning, bagging, storage of grains and much more, to respond adequately to the increasing demands in the grain and feed business. Since 2005, Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. has sold and delivered Barley, Wheat and Oats in Pennsylvania, New Yord, Thunder Bay and other destinations. Our geographic localization lets us ship by transport, by rail and by boat.
In the eighties, Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. started leasing land to produce specific varieties of grains to target specialties market and to provide more varieties and choices to our customers. As years went by, there were more demands and Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. pruchased more land. Presently, we and other contract growers are harvesting seed grains from over 2100 acres of land.

Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. has been in the general contracting business since the early 70's working for NB Government, Public works, farmers and also the private sector. In the late 90's, Valley Foundation Work Ltd. assumed all General Contracting activities of Grand Falls Milling Co., Ltd. The activities includes DOT Bridge Structures (repairs and construction), Construction and Renovations of all types of buildings for residential, commercial and Industrial applications. Our operation expanded to include equipment rentals such as cranes, excavators, bachoes and bulldozers.
